Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data needed to run this service:

• Research runs: the website domain you submit and the 1–3 competitor domains you confirm, plus the report we generate from them.
• Report access: each report is reached through a private access credential that travels in your browser's URL fragment (after #) and is sent to our server only inside encrypted request bodies. It is never placed in URL query strings, analytics events, or public caches.
• Purchases: processed by Creem as our Merchant of Record. Creem collects payment details and handles sales tax; we never see or store your card number.
• Order operations: purchase, refund and dispute events (with your checkout email and the domains above) are kept in our server logs and order ledger so we can fulfill your report, reconcile payments, and honor refunds.
• First-party, allowlisted usage events (page views and CTA clicks) sent to our own /api/track endpoint. We do not run any third-party analytics, session-recording, or heatmap scripts.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing.

Data retention: generated reports and their inputs are deleted 30 days after generation; export the CSV to keep your table beyond that. Order records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Your rights: email hello@replinks.co anytime to access, correct, export, or delete your data. We respond within 7 days.

This site does not run third-party advertising and sets no third-party cookies.
