Refund Policy

Simple policy: 7-day, no-questions-asked refunds.

If you're not satisfied with your report, email hello@replinks.co within 7 days of delivery with your order email, and we refund you in full. We'd rather refund than have you file a dispute.

Because the Opportunity Report is a digital service that begins production immediately after ordering, we may decline refund requests made after 7 days or in cases of abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-refund patterns).

Refunds are issued through our Merchant of Record (Creem) to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, typically 5–10 business days.
