$29 Source Research Table — fictional demo
This demo is fictional. Every domain, page, anchor, and quotation below was invented to show the current report format.
demo-brew.example,rival-one.example, andrival-two.exampleare not real products, and nothing here is research output about any real site. For what a real run produces, start a research run and read your own free preview.
Demo target: demo-brew.example · Confirmed competitors: rival-one.example, rival-two.example · Format date: 2026-09-13
What a run covers
Each run takes one bounded index sample per domain (at most 100 sources each), then reads at most 30 deduplicated source pages as static HTML. Coverage is always shown, including failures. This demo's inventory is invented:
| Domain | Index status | Sampled | Indexed total | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| demo-brew.example | index data unavailable | 0 | unknown | index data unavailable for this run |
| rival-one.example | index data available | 3 | 87 | limited sample — full index not read |
| rival-two.example | index data available | 3 | 412 | limited sample — full index not read |
This fictional run read 5 source pages into 5 rows: 4 carry original-page evidence with quotable context, and 1 could not be read — it stays in the table marked unreadable. These numbers are invented, not from any real site.

R-05 · directory-corner.example — page unreadable
- Evidence status: page unreadable (the fetch returned nothing readable)
- Index reports links to: rival-two.example
- Links observed on the page: none — the page could not be read
- What the table does with it: the row stays in the table marked
unreadable; anything it might contain stays recorded as unknown — never dropped silently, never counted as evidence.
How to read this table
- Observed means the link was seen in the fetched page HTML. Not observed means it was not seen on the page that was read — it does not prove absence anywhere else. Unknown means it could not be determined, and the row says so instead of guessing. The index-reported association and the links observed on the page are shown separately: an index row alone is not an observed link (see R-03).
- Source-type classification is an inference from page wording, and the matched basis is shown next to each classification.
- A row is evidence about a source page. It is not a promise that you can replicate the link, and it says nothing about acceptance, indexing, or rankings.
- Under the current rules, the first 3 rows with valid evidence (R-01–R-03) would be the free preview — had they been all the evidence, there would be nothing to buy. Here 1 more row carries valid evidence (R-04); a $29 unlock exists only because of that additional evidence, and adds it, the full table, and the CSV export. The unreadable row is included for the record — never sold as evidence.
- A real report's private link stays valid for 30 days from creation; paying does not extend or reset it. This demo page and its CSV are public sample material — a real report's table and CSV stay behind your private access credential.
- The demo CSV — research-demo.csv — contains the same rows shown above.
