Terms of Service

What you are buying: a one-time digital analysis report (the “Opportunity Report”) plus access to an online workspace. The report analyzes publicly available backlink data for your confirmed search competitors and curates a focused shortlist of qualified opportunities — typically 15–30, never padded — with evidence, risk notes, and suggested next steps. The number of qualified opportunities varies by niche and available competitor evidence. Replinks does not add unqualified entries to reach a fixed count.

What we do not sell: backlinks, link placements, advertising placements, rankings, traffic, or any guaranteed search engine outcome. We never contact third-party websites on your behalf; all outreach is performed by you.

The service: reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation during this early-access period. Each report passes a human quality review before delivery.

Acceptable results: if we cannot find at least 10 qualified opportunities for your site, we will tell you honestly and offer a refund or an expanded competitor set — your choice.

Your responsibilities: you confirm you have the right to analyze the submitted website; you will not use the report for spam, deceptive outreach, or to violate any third party's terms.

Intellectual property: the report is yours to use for your own sites. You may not resell or republish the report itself.

Liability: the service is provided “as is”. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
