Terms of Service

What you are buying: a one-time, automated digital research report (the “Source Research Table”, $29 USD per report). For your domain and 1–3 competitor domains you confirm, the report records backlink sources from a bounded index sample (at most 100 sources per domain) and up to 30 deduplicated source pages read live: the source URL and page title, which competitor is linked, the anchor text and surrounding context, a source-type classification with the cues behind it, the check time, and whether a link to your site was observed on that page. Facts, inferences, and unknowns are marked separately. The research scope is bounded; a bounded sample that misses a source is never presented as proof that the source does not exist.

Preview before payment: you see a free preview — up to 3 real rows, the total row count, and per-domain coverage — before any payment. If nothing beyond the preview carries original-page evidence, checkout does not open and there is nothing to buy.

What we do not sell: backlinks, link placements, advertising placements, rankings, traffic, or any guaranteed search engine outcome. A row records what we observed on a source page; it is not a promise that you can replicate the link. We never contact third-party websites on your behalf; all outreach is performed by you.

The service: reports are generated by automated research, typically within minutes of starting a run. Your private report link stays valid for 30 days after generation, and you can export the full table as a CSV within that window.

Acceptable results: if a delivered report is unusable for your site, email us within 7 days of delivery and we refund in full. See the Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities: you confirm you have the right to analyze the submitted website; you will not use the report for spam, deceptive outreach, or to violate any third party's terms.

Intellectual property: the report is yours to use for your own sites. You may not resell or republish the report itself.

Liability: the service is provided “as is”. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
